Did you know that Herbert B. Hyman started The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the year 1963 with a dedication to excellence and quality?

Herbert’s efforts made him the founding father of gourmet coffee in California. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has since grown into one of the largest privately-owned, family-run coffee and tea companies in the world.

However, that is not why I prefer Coffee Bean to Starbucks. One of my buddies tells me that Coffee Beans coffee sucks, others said its food is OK but for me I like Coffee Bean because of the Bean, so symbolic!!

Unlike carrots, eggs, a ground coffee bean upon boiling the changed the water around it making aromatic and subsequently, makes your day.

So, when adversity knocks on your door, imagine yourself as a bean and treat ‘adversity’ like the boiling water. In other words, if you like the ground bean, when things are at the worst, you get better because you change the situation around you and make the best of it!!

Love is nothing but a waste of time and money, really?

The word 'love' can mean 'lust', 'sacrifice', 'caring' or  simply liking something or someone at the point in time. Jokes aside, I think when you love someone you must go the extra mile to do what it takes and really do what is necessary for the long-term benefit of your loved one.

Love can heal and in the long run makes the world a better place, so let's love one another...
